Here at Languages Training & Consultancy Solutions, we train 11 UN languages and three of the local languages. Having seen your interest in wanting to train your staff members in Portuguese, French, Chichewa and Dutch, LTCS strives to give you the best language training services.
At the institution, for every student, a three month’s training program is recommended at each level. We have three levels which are the beginner, intermediate and advanced level and upon completion of every level, students are assessed through a proficiency test. This test is inclusive of speaking, grammar, writing and reading. When a student is successful in this test, they are awarded a certificate of attendance.
LTCS has provided corporate Training in French to the UN offices such as FAO, UNDP, UN Women, UNAIDS, and WHO; where internal examinations were administered. We have however had instances where French students want to sit for International examinations. As an institution, we work in collaboration with the Jacaranda French Centre in Blantyre where after training our students in this language, we get them registered at the center and they sit for the DELF/DALF examinations. These examinations are administered twice every year in the month of June and/or December.
Furthermore, several people from all walks of life have come to the institution and shown interest to be trained in the Dutch language. Different people come in with different reasons, some just to speak and read, some wanting to be granted German visas. We take pride that in all the students we have trained for the Dutch language to apply for German visas, no one has been denied. Although these visa application exams are conducted in Zambia, we offer all language training courses either at our organization in City Centre or our client’s workplace or home.
We have provided Training in Chinese to Government departments such as the Ministry of Tourism among others departments. Adding to that, the Royal Norwegian Embassy, Icelandic Embassy, and IMF Malawi, Partners in Hope, Vale, Chemonics, and Africa Future Foundation were trained in English, Chichewa, Portuguese, and French by our qualified and well experienced tutors.
We also have experience in immersion courses in different languages for example, Jica trains its volunteers in Chichewa and Tumbuka for 10 days after which they are assessed and certificates given.
In conclusion, LTCS values the relationship with its clients and always strives to give full commitment in providing the best services and programs. We are committed to excellence at every step in the development and delivery of our languages training program.
